A daughter’s uses

A daughter does have her uses. So if she can take yourself off to Spain for weekend and come back with a small packet of saffron then she is doing okay. We are eating from it this evening. A whole chicken cut up into pieces, fried in olive oil with garlic. Wine was then added together with raisins that have been soaked in the wine and some roasted pinenuts. We ate it with roast potatoes.

Earlier in the afternoon we spent an hour walking through the aisles  of the garden centre chasing the same daughter dressed up as Cinderella keeping the kids happy whilst their parents tried to decide what Christmas decorations to buy.
